Shell Shock

So last night I head to my DH's work to pick up the truck & trailer they are loaning us to get all of the wood. I get there and there are 3 police cars and a....like incident response vehicle. They are tearing apart a car in the parking lot. I'm thinking someone stole a car and abandon it there.

So weird. I head inside to find the DH and talk to the 3rd in charge. Whats going on? I ask.

GO TALK TO YOUR HUSBAND she says.

hmmmmm....so I wander around trying to find him.

Everyone in the building is in little groups. This is very unusual because they are ALWAYS working when I come in and rarely in groups.

Finally find the DH. He gets in the truck and I get into my car and we drive to the lumber yard.

Then he tells me.....The most trusted person in the company has been embezelling money for THE LAST 6 YEARS!!!!

They are starting to put together an amount and have found it to be starting at 150,000.00 heading up to $300,000.00!!! And this from a company that makes bank. So they aren't hurting missing that kind of money!!! Seems the police have been following her and doing video and pictures for weeks. They have enough evidence that while she was at work yesterday they packed up her ENTIRE house as evidence and then arrested her at work!!!!

My DH was shell shocked all night last night. We both were. It is inconcevible that she could/would do this to Michael. He trusted her above all others. Everyone in the company knew that no matter what Jodi was safe from loosing her job.

And I know this is terrible but all I can think is ..... DO THEY STILL HAVE A COPY OF MY RESUME????????? --
